The Contact Center number is now easy to remember since it ends in 7282 (“SATA”).

This service handles various issues such as information, reservations and payments, tele check-in, SATA IMAGINE, complaints and suggestions.

International callers should dial (+351) 296 209 720.

Available from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm (Azores) and from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm (mainland Portugal and Madeira).

The 707 call costs are fixed in all portuguese territory, and is different for calls from fixed phones and mobile phones.
