Priority attendance for reservations in Executive Class (using queue management software and creation of a specific attendance channel for Executive Class passengers), that enables passengers to select and remove an exclusive attendance slip for Executive Class passengers, guaranteeing priority attendance in relation to other customers;

Call Centre
Priority attendance for reservations in Executive Class, by choosing the direct access key for Executive Class customers;

Online
Possibility of prebooking seat positions and selecting special flight conditions when reserving tickets online, enabling the customer to pre-customise the flight experience.

ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT


 

Free Car Park
By means of this service, passengers travelling in SATA’s Executive Class may park their car in the car parks of Lisbon, Porto, Ponta Delgada and Funchal airports – with free parking during the first 24 hours;

Valet Express Service in Lisbon Airport
For greater passenger comfort, when flying from Lisbon (both for Terminal 1 and Terminal 2), you will be offered the Valet Express service, wherein a specially accredited employee will park your car in Car Park-2. Upon your return, you simply need to go to the zone where your car is parked, present your boarding card and you will immediately be given your car key, and its respective parking position - all free of charge.

CHECK-IN


 

Priority Check-in Desk
An exclusive service for Executive Class passengers and passengers holding Goldsky and Silversky cards, as indicated in the screen of the respective desk, with identification of the flight number, time and destination;

Baggage Allowance
This service enables Executive Class passengers to carry an additional 10 kg in baggage, or an additional suitcase. Hand Luggage permitted is 1 volume weighing 10kg, of larger dimensions than standard hand luggage in Economy Class: 56cmx45cmx25cm;

Priority Baggage
Executive Class passengers’ baggage has priority when unloading and at delivery to the baggage claim conveyor belt.

BOARDING LOUNGE


 

Entrance in the Boarding Lounge via a Priority Channel
In Lisbon, Porto and Funchal airports, using the Greenway service, Executive Class passengers will have fast and exclusive access to the boarding lounge via a priority channel.

Renovation of SATA Lounges
The new SATA lounges enable passengers greater relaxation, with more modern and comfortable furniture, of elegant and sober design;

Personalised Service
SATA PLUS passengers will be accompanied by a staff member when arriving at the lounge;

Access to Lounges in all Airports
SATA PLUS passengers will have access to the lounge in all airports where SATA operates regular flights;

Announcement of Boarding Times
A staff member in the lounge will announce boarding times, enabling passengers to calmly use the lounge while waiting for their respective departure time;

Boarding
SATA PLUS passengers will be called for boarding at the last convenient moment, i.e. when the plane is ready to leave.

FLIGHT IRREGULARITIES


 

Improved Assistance
SATA PLUS passengers are entitled to improved assistance, including accommodation in four-star or better hotels, with meals of higher value, specifically: €25 for lunch (soup, main dish, bread, drinks – wine, beer, fruit juices – and a coffee), €10 for breakfast and €10 for afternoon tea (choice of dishes).

ON BOARD SERVICE


 

Attendance
PLUS offers greater attendance: a service directly managed and supervised by our Heads of Cabin Crew in order to guarantee excellent service and attention to detail;

Pitch
Executive Class seating positions have an average distance between rows of 47cm in Airbus A310 aircraft and 33 cm in Airbus A320 aircraft, providing passengers with greater comfort and relaxation;

New Chinaware
Meals are served in new, modern chinaware, of sober design;

New Blankets
Passengers are entitled to a pillow and wool blanket, warmer and more sober design, with a new colour (dark blue) and a discreet SATA logo;

New Wines
Selected wines, in 75 ml bottles, are provided free of charge to Executive Class passengers, with a wine list specially selected in function of the meal to be served;

Menus Prepared by Chef Chakall
In outgoing flights from Portugal, meals will be served prepared by the renowned chef Chakall to Executive Class passengers. These are meals specifically designed for SATA Executive Class flights, which combine typical ingredients from the Azores and Madeira with international and contemporary cuisine, thus providing a unique sensorial experience;

Complete Menu
Executive Class passengers will be provided with a menu containing information on each selection of dishes and accompanying wine – each menu will be accompanied by information on the components of each dish, together with its nutritional value, providing passengers with greater knowledge of the culinary experience associated to Chef Chakall’s menus;

New Amenity Kits
Long-distance passengers will be provided with an amenity kit containing products that enable them to enjoy a calmer and more comfortable trip;

Free Newspapers and Magazines
SATA PLUS passengers will be provided with the latest newspapers and magazines.
