Fulfil the established levels of service in a consistent manner.

Flexibility

Adapt your behaviour to the different situations, people, and demands, without forgetting customer satisfaction. Seek alternatives and present solutions for maximum customer satisfaction.

Rigour

Know and comply with the rules, standards, and procedures governing SATA’s activity. Be professional and demanding.

Communication

Ensure that the message is transmitted in a clear, objective, and timely fashion. Be assertive, honest, and confident.

Friendliness

Control emotions and communicate with everyone in a friendly, close, warm, and kind fashion.

Knowledge

Wish to know more, be willing to learn and search for information, updates, ideas, and innovations generating value for SATA, and above all the customer.
